Jaswinder Johal, known as Jas Johal is a popular has grown into a prominent figure within both the Asian wedding and media industry in a short space of time. In 2008 Jas Johal presented ‘The b’ which was aired on Brit Asia TV and was the first in the UK to interview Bhangra superstar Miss Pooja. Jas was then offered a full time position hosting his own show ‘Nightshift TV’. Gaining a significant following Jas holds one of Brit Asia TV’s flagship shows.

Throughout his university career Jas promoted numerous events including the renowned ‘Phat Nights’ parties, bringing over some of the biggest names in Mainstream music to the UK, such as Ne-Yo, Sean Paul, Busta Rhymes plus many more. Jas also began hosting club nights alongside leading Bhangra DJ – DJ H of Kudos Roadshow. Jas’s vocal talents caught the attention of DJ H who featured him on the smash hit track ‘Mar Javan’ from the album ‘Reloaded’.
Despite all his many activities, Jas Johal constantly returns to where it all began, namely as a wedding DJ, performing in front of thousands of people on a weekly basis in some of the UK’s most exclusive and prestigious banqueting venues.
Following the release of the chart topping album, Jas’s reputation grew driving him into clubs nationwide and internationally, performing in cities such as Dubai, Delhi and Hong Kong. It was not long before his career developed from behind the decks to in front of the camera.
