Hard Kaur’s back in Birmingham for the BritAsia Music Awards 2010! Making a much over due return to the UK, Hard Kaur will make her first public appearance after nearly 3 years away smashing it in Asia.
Taking place on Sunday 2nd May at Birmingham’s Symphony Hall and presented by Scotland’s very own funny man Mr Hardeep Singh Kohli, Hard Kaur will join fellow BritAsian Royalty to celebrate the best music that’s been on Brit Asia TV in the last 18 months.
Notorious for her hits including soundtracks for, Singh Is King, Ugly Aur Pagli, Bachna Eh Haseeno, Johnny Gadar and many more, she is renowned for her lyrical Hip-hop antics. Hard Kaur’s become the first and most successful BritAsian female rapper on the planet; dazzling crowds from Ludhiana to London, Hard Kaur’s talents knows no bounds!
Having recently anchored IPL’s Rockstar talent quest nationally, her return to the UK has had media and fans waiting with baited breath. Exclusively appearing at the Brit Asia Music Awards for her first media outing, she is presenting the Best Male Award on the night. Up for Best female at this year’s Brit Asia Music Awards, Hard Kaur will join fellow artists’ and the great British public enjoy performances from the likes of Malkit Singh, Sukshinder Shinda, Jaz Dhami, JK, Mumzy, Kazz Kumar and the legends of British Bangra – Alaap, Bremi, Heera, Apna Sangeet, DCS plus many more.
Other Birmingham Artist’s include Jaz Dhami, Sukshinder Shinda (best producer), DCS (best band), Jazzy B and Band (best band). There is also Punjabi MC (best DJ) from Coventry, PBN (best producer) from Wolverhampton, and Aman Hayer (best producer) from Leamington.
