Chart topping bhangra music group, RDB, have been linked to the international best selling DJ and dance producer, David Guetta. The bhangra band and French DJ were photographed together during Guetta’s recent trip to India and a source has been quoted as saying that RDB are in talks to collaborate with the dance music producer.
David Guetta travelled to India for a flying visit at the beginning of March, playing three exclusive gigs in the country before jetting off again to the UK where he was scheduled to undertake a number of performances, including TV and club night appearances.
If the rumours are true about a collaboration between RDB and David Guetta, it won’t be the first time the well known bhangra stars have linked up with a Western artist. In the past RDB have worked with US rapper Snoop Dogg writing the title track for the 2008 Bollywood movie, Singh is Kinng which was performed by Snoop in the movie. The RDB guys also hooked up with Ludacris on a separate project.
According to recent reports, RDB are working on their hotly anticipated new album which the bhangra band hopes to release this summer. RDB are reportedly working with a number of international artists on tracks for the new album, one of whom may well be David Guetta.
